MISSION :

 

•     Drive Analysis for the region in support of the Trade Director to identify improvements opportunities in cargo mix, volume growth and revenue
•    Perform market/competitive studies
•    Create/update daily/weekly and monthly statistics
•    Coordinate quarterly updates of the guidelines 
•    Assist in preparing presentations and reports 
•    Manage Bid Process, including responsibility for on-time returns and management of the awards with team and region
•    Maintain the tender timeline list up to date in order to provide visibility of the tenders to be answered
•    Respond tender quotes requests in order to meet the deadline stipulated by the accounts
•    Analyze performance versus awards, challenge agent when awards not met and apply corrective actions on pricing if necessary to ensure awards are met.

 

 

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

 

•    Excellent mathematical/analytical and quantitative data collection skills
•    Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
•    Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
•    Team player
•    Able to function in a multicultural environment
•    Eager to learn
•    Bilingual English/Spanish
