HPAM Operations Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Privileged Access Management (PAM) specialist, strong skillset in CyberArk modules cloud and on-premises. Maintain and operate the platform as the last layer of support. Answer to our customer needs in terms of Privileged account and access management. Responsible for documenting processes, integration and user guide.  Be part of the evolution and the vision of the future in term of the best deployment around the world and always offer the best user experience.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate, analyse and understand to ensure successful integration within CyberArk
  • Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows Servers, UNIX Servers, Databases, networking Devices and many more
  • Interpretation and analysis of corporate security standards and baselines
  • Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk severs/components to ensure consistent availability of system to end user
  • Test and certify new product versions, bug fix and provide detailed reports
  • Responsible for Privileged User account administration of various type of accounts using CyberArk components
  • Creating and Managing Safes, Platforms and Owners
  • Assist architects/engineers to collect data and generate reports per specifications
  • Maintain Security tool FAQ and Support Documentation
  • Central Policy Manager (CPM) policies management and/ or redistribution
  • Help expand the usage of our solution across the enterprise.
  • Knowledge on CPM, PSM and PSMP connector customization
  • Other duties as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (advantage)

 

  • Knowledge & Experience:  
    • 6+ years of overall IT experience with preference being in Cybersecurity
    • Experience of LDAP (server and client), NIS, NIS+, PAM
    • Experience with Windows/ UNIX platforms in large heterogeneous environment
    • Demonstrable knowledge of Information Security and Network Architecture concepts
    • Understanding typical Enterprise Change Management processes
    • Mastery of Windows Operating Systems and environments, IIS and LDAP
    • CyberArk Platform certification preferred
    • Prior Citrix experience highly desired
    • Experience in Windows programming (.Net, VB Scripting, PowerShell, Administrative scripting) a plus
    • Basic understanding of high-availability (HA) and failover implementations for network infrastructure and server systems
    • PSM connector customization is strongly preferred
    • Extensive experience with digital password vaulting solutions
    • Experience with human versus non-human (service) accounts
    • Experience with the following technologies: Windows, Unix, Hypervisor, IDM, SSO, SIEM, Application Servers, Authentication Products and Ticketing System (advantage)
    • Experience with Cloud Services – AWS, Azure, Google

 

  • Other:
    •  
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (French and English)
    • Ability to keep track of numerous detail-intensive, interdependent tasks and ensure their accurate completion
    • Ability to document installation procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc
    • Fluent in English (French an asset)
