Based in Nouakchott under the responsibility of the Agency General Manager, you will work in collaboration with the CMA CGM sales teams in Nouakchott and Nouadhibou. Your mission is to develop, promote and manage the commercial policy of CMA CGM lines in Mauritania.




In collaboration with the Agency Management, the Regional Office and the HO Commercial Managers, you will participate in the development of our local commercial activity.

You will be responsible for the management and coordination of marketing activities:  

  • Ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines for the delivery of requested tasks. You will also be responsible for the development of the company's business plan and the development of the company's marketing strategy.
  • Ensure competitive intelligence in support of the sales team

You will be responsible for promoting and developing e-commerce and dealing with all related issues, in collaboration with the e-commerce RO.

You participate in commercial actions with the sales team.

  • You will follow up and develop your customer portfolio with sales animation, visits, etc.
  • You identify VIP customers locally and enable their requests to be processed quickly
  • You manage a customer portfolio.
  • You will receive, process and handle quotation requests in relation with HO Commercial managers and the agents at destination/origin.
  • You will also be responsible for analyzing performance as well as deviations from commercial budgets (XSELL, VAS etc.) and proposing corrective measures.




  • According to French law, the VIE is only open to European nationals aged between 18 and 28.
  • You have a Postgraduate degree in Business, Management or Logistics and you have a first commercial experience in an international environment. Knowledge of the African continent would be a real asset. You speak fluent English.
