Internship - Public Relations Assistant (M/F)

ROLE


Within the institutional relations department of the CMA CGM Group, world leader in maritime container transport, in our Paris offices, you work on the Group's public affairs and external relations. In this context, you will assist the members of the cluster in their daily missions. You occupy a versatile function, which will also lead you to implement actions to promote the CMA CGM Group.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES


• You prepare and follow up on meetings with parliamentarians, professional organizations such as Armateurs de France and the Cluster Maritime Français, French and European administrations. You also write notes for these actors;

• You carry out a legal and regulatory watch on certain texts and topical subjects.

• You assist the institutional team to enable it to respond to new challenges for the Group 

• You produce summary notes on the Group's strategy in metropolitan France and overseas, particularly in the area of ​​ecological transition, economic and port development and maritime safety / security;

• You help keep Group managers informed about political, economic and social news and Government actions in the field of maritime transport and logistics.
• In collaboration with members of the Institutional Relations Department, you may be required to produce communication media for internal use (newsletters, maps) or external (information notes, position sheets).

 

 

PROFILE & SKILLS

 

Currently undertaking a Master degree in political sciences or communication/Public Affairs, you ideally have a first experience in these fields, which has enabled you to develop a good knowledge of the actors and institutional issues.

 

You demonstrate good writing skills, speak fluent French and English and master office tools.
Contact person, you adapt with tact and diplomacy your mode of communication according to your interlocutors.

 

Organized and autonomous, you know how to make yourself available. Your responsiveness and curiosity will allow you to succeed in this mission.
