As a business partnership profile and in coordination with the Cluster CFO, you will conduct cost and revenue audits across the Cluster to analyze opportunities for cost avoidance/reduction and revenue enhancement. You will support the Cluster CFO in providing information and profitability analysis to improve the agency's cost and revenue performance from a cost and revenue perspective.




Working with the CFO, your duties include:



  • Prepare (detailed internal port control) and create an action plan
  • Perform cost and revenue control on site revisions
  • Verify agency contract, procedures, operating rules and document work compliance.
  • Document findings and complaints and Investigate irregularities and recommend corrective actions
  • Propose optimizations on the operational process (costs and revenues)
  • Follow up on the implementation of recommendations and improvements



  • Write the summary of the presentation and report following the cost control standards.
  • Compile financial and operational data into a single source of truth providing detailed cost/revenue trends and explanations of variations and actions taken to improve financial results.
  • Analyze in detail the evolution of costs/revenues and explanations of variations and actions taken to improve financial performance




  • Monitor the performance and KPIs of the agency and the SSC in order to improve the process and correct recurring problems.




  • Perform trend variance analysis to provide detailed and robust variance explanations.
  • Meet regularly with key stakeholders to confirm and validate the results of the analysis.
  • Gather information on actions taken by responsible departments to correct and improve financial performance.
  • Identify, implement and monitor initiatives or projects to optimize Cluster margin.



  • Provide relevant information to procurement, business development and other teams for negotiations, new projects and process improvements
  • Drive GAIN initiatives across the Cluster
  • Support the Regional Office and perform cross-functional studies and analysis as requested.




In accordance with the provisions of Article L122-1 of the National Service Code, only candidates between the ages of 18 and 28 and.
of European nationality will be eligible for this VIE assignment.


  • Postgraduate degree in auditing, finance/accounting
  • Experience in the field of shipping and logistics or transportation is desired
  • Fluency in English 
  • 3+ years of experience in audit, internal control or cost control and revenue management
  • Working knowledge of computer and analytical tools and reporting.
  • You have computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptation to a new environment, listening skills, humility, patience, and patience, and self-management skills are essential to succeed in this mission
  • You will work in a team environment and in the field.
  • Previous experience in Latin America would be an asset to fully succeed in this mission which offers career development opportunities
