Customer Service Intern

This is a great opportunity to work with the Global Accounts Team, based in Singapore. This role provides you an exciting experience to be part of a dynamic and international environment. During this internship, you will have a good exposure to data analytics and reporting as well as opportunities to communicate with global customers when needed. 


Main responsibilities
Reports on Customers’ performance 

  • Running weekly reports on customers’ performance to provide visibility to key account manager
  • Retrieve data from different source / systems, and compile data via Excel for reporting

Long Term Agreements Monitoring (special contracts)

  • Monitoring of assigned Long Term Agreements to ensure both parties fulfill the contractual terms
  • When encountering deviation from signed agreement, proactively communicate with internal stakeholders (such as Lines / Customers / Key accounts, regional agencies) to make the necessary adjustment (e.g: space commitment / allocation, etc)
  • Follow-up promptly to ensure all necessary actions are completed

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to commit at least 3 months - full time internship 
  • Advance Proficiency with MS Excel (specifically with Pivot table, Vlookup) 
  • Knowledge in container shipping /freight forwarding industry is a plus
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
