Workplace Solution Delivery Manager

You will be reporting to IT Manager, APAC Workplace / Global Workplace Services. This role is part of the APAC Workplace and the Global Workplace services team, based in Singapore.

You will oversee the design, inception & delivery planning for all the endpoints, laptops/desktops environment and other office applications, mobile and other devices primarily for the APAC & extended Global regions and delivering a global follow-the-sun model (FTS) service.

We are looking for someone with good understanding and hands-on experience in end-user technologies, modern workplace in a global and/or large user environment and vendor management.


Your Main Responsibilities are, but not limited to: 

  • Ensure delivery of Workplace related (End-User Computing) technologies together with other Global & Regional IT teams
  • Troubleshooting of the said technologies from the infrastructure and application layers
  • Collaborate with architecture team and other technology related or business units to identify & rectify, recommend & implement solutions related to Workplace services and other technologies
  • Ensure operational compliance with all security policies and procedures by ensuring security measures, monitoring and reporting are in place and adhered to for end-user technologies and applications
  • Ensure all operational procedures and processes are implemented, as well as maintaining and managing the service requirements


To excel in this role, you should be someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Core Infrastructure technologies, such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, LDAP, Kerberos, MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Co-Management, Intune Management, Modern Workplace Management Microsoft O365 products like Office 365, MS Teams
  • Experience in Microsoft Client and Server Operating System technologies, such as Windows 10/11 and Windows Servers
  • At least 5 to 7 years of working experience in IT management or architecture experience, including management of distributed, multi-country, 24x7 infrastructure services
