You will be required to provide a professional and centralized reception service to manage all walk-in guests and incoming calls efficiently for CMA CGM Group of Companies. As part of the Corporate Admin Team, you will provide support in other administrative work, such as Procurement of office stationery supplies.


Attend to the Main Reception counter within the official hours. (80%)

  • Receive and redirect all incoming calls professionally and efficiently
  • Timeliness in attending to calls and walk-in guests promptly
  • Courteous and professional in dealing with customers.
  • Receive guests, issue visitor passes for respective floors of visit & inform Hosts to receive guests at main reception
  • Issue temporary cardkeys for overseas visiting staff to access CMA CGM office floors during their meeting/visit
  • Manage and follow up on the return of visitor passes/temp passes after use
  • Receive incoming courier and by hand mails on behalf of Mailroom
  • Ensure reception & counter areas is neat and tidy at all times
  • Stay alert and report irregularities/suspicious characters to security.

Stationery Procurement and other Admin duties (20%)

  • Procurement of office stationery and ad-hoc purchases
  • Topping up of office equipment rooms with standard stationeries and maintaining stock level of general stationery supplies for the whole office.
  • Any other duties as required

Minimum Requirement:

  • Attained at least GCE “N” or “O” level certificate
  • At least 2 years of receptionist experience

Preferred Attributes:

  • Pleasant voice and personality, quick in response to customer’s needs.
  • Must be a Team player and able to work harmoniously with the other team members of the Dept
  • Receptive to suggestions and have a positive mindset to support changes for better work processes
  • Always ready to value add in other Admin areas within the Dept
  • Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office
  • Other Administrative skills
