eCommerce Data Analytic Intern

Main Responsibilities

  • Track, report and analyze online metrics including, but not limited to: homepages, landing pages, on-site demographics, platform performance, customer behaviours analysis
  • Capture daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly eCommerce KPIs and analyze trends over time.  
  • Perform deep-dive analysis into our key KPIs to understand the “why” of our customer’s behavior.
  • Submit recommendations to improve the revenue opportunities for the business, based on data collected.
  • Stay current on eCommerce industry trends and how they can apply to our business while providing input on opportunities and risks.
  • Interact with the product teams and work closely with them to understand their business needs and opportunities.
  • Get a hand on the eCommerce products and assist the team with product introduction to clients.
  • Search for new sources of possible prospects to target for eCommerce solutions: compare profiles to find the perfect match.
  • Interactions with multiple agencies spread across the Asian region (11 countries) as well as in the head office in Marseille, France. 
  • Follow-up with sales team from the region, organize and present webinars as well as training regarding the eCommerce department.
  • Monitor and lead the Yammer page (similar to conventional social media pages) of the department to be shared and followed by the entire group.

Minimum Requirements 

  • Undergraduate student majoring in Business Management, Data Science and Analytics, Information Technology
  • Good knowledge of eCommerce data analytics software (i.e. : Google Analytics, Matomo)
  • Autonomous and eager to take initiative 
  • Curiosity & willingness to be exposed to international trade, shipping and supply chain industry
  • Good interpersonal skills
