Community Manager (ZeBox America)

Position Summary:

ZEBOX focuses on two sectoral areas: transport, mobilities, logistics on a firsthand applied to several segments including energy which is a strategic development focus, and industry 4.0 on the other hand. Selected projects provide technological and sustainable innovation: artificial intelligence, blockchain, virtual or augmented reality, IoT and robotics.


Launched in February 2022, ZEBOX AMERICA is led by Charley Dehoney, an expert of transportation, supply chain, and logistics technology with strong entrepreneurial skills.

 

The Community Manager leads on all administrative elements, scheduling, and office related activities. This person serves as reception for guests and visitors, liaison with building managements and coordinates vendors to maintain a world class facility. This person will set the tone for our office culture and will help all stakeholders feel comfortable and welcome when it comes to engaging with ZEBOX AMERICA.

 

The Accelerator Happiness Coordinator will also be responsible for the onboarding process for all employees and startups involved with ZEBOX AMERICA. This person will provide a wide variety of secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to the VP and the rest of the ZEBOX AMERICA team.

 

This position will be responsible to:

  • Coordinate office activities to insure all runs smoothly
  • Process Payroll and benefits for ZEBOX AMERICA
  • Manage office supply ordering, snacks, meals, etc. and handle related accounts payable and light bookkeeping
  • Manage reception and building functions
  • Liaise with building management and vendors to maintain a world class facility and operation
  • Coordinate and deliver the onboarding of all employees and startups
  • Coordinate events and activities sponsored at or by ZEBOX AMERICA
  • Maintain calendars and provide administrative support as needed
  • Miscellaneous related duties or Projects as assigned.

 

Skill Sets / Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Associates degree in business related field or comparable experience,
  • 5-10 years’ experience administrative or operational experience in business, preferably in an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building/ Passionate about making people feel comfortable
  • Positive nature and upbeat attitude
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, able to multitask
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to coordinate schedules, events, and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled with G-Suite or Microsoft Office application in managing schedules and preparing presentations

 

Skill Sets / Education & Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
