Attached to the Quality process & development manager, you will join the quality and standard department of CMA Ships as a Quality project officer. 

CMA Ships is a subsidiary of CMA CGM whose missions are to manage the company's fleet. Several teams make it up:

  • Supervision of new constructions
  • Fleet management
  • Purchases
  • Finance
  • Digital solutions (integrated software, IT solutions)
  • Fleet upgrade (vessel maintenance in dry docks and management of retrofits)
  • Innovation 
  • Crewing

 

The quality team works in support of all of these departments.

 

 

MISSIONS:

 

The intern will :


- Support the different departments in the documentation of their activities (procedures, operating methods)
- Create shared documents, sharepoints, drafting of processes and operating modes
- Monitor quality indicators and communicate on performance;
- Ensure the conformity of the processes by carrying out quality control and follow with the various departments the associated corrective actions;
- Participate in the follow-up of corrective actions following the various audits carried out.

 


PROFILE & SKILLS:

 

- Master in QHSE (Quality, hygiene, security and environment), Master 1 or 2
- Interested in quality topics
- Good level of English (all procedures will be written in English)
- A good level of French is ideally required
- Rigor and method;
- Analysis and synthesis skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Able to work both in a team and in autonomy;
- Knowledge of the office pack and digital tools
