Chargé des flux maritimes (H/F) - Le Havre

Within the Short-Sea division of CMA-CGM, you will lead the daily operational coordination of the Fast Lane products, implement and improve processes, aiming at operational excellence.




  • Coordinate the cargo readiness (in coordination with the agencies and CEVA for customs)
  • Forecast the demand for the upcoming weeks, in coordination with the agencies (Spain, UK, Ireland, France)
  • Define the need for equipment (chassis) to support the demand
  • Coordinate the sourcing and procurement of chassis with the agencies in Spain, UK, France
  • Coordinate the dispatch of equipment to ensure the right equipment is in the right place at the right time
  • Identify operational and process related bottlenecks and propose corrective actions
  • Establish Standard Operating Procedures in coordination with the agencies, Brittany Ferries and CEVA to stabilize processes and increase the reliability of the products




  • 3 years shipping line experience, ideally with an agency operational background
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of port operations, including haulage and customs processes
  • Entrepreneurship mindset, solution driven
  • Intermediate to advanced communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Effective Time Management & Analytical skills
