THE ROLE 

You are in charge of coordinating the intermodal activity in the region and animating inland services network of agencies. 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? 

• You monitor regional performances : definition of objectives of year for TEU's and Carrier Haulage & Green Ratio. You ensure compliance with these objectives. 
• You coordinate tarif reviews, procurement needs and action with Head Office Intermodal Department. 
• You participate in the development of specific plans for the country, supoort the review of the local organization, definition of the intermodal product, setting goals, coaching and performance monitoring. 
• You are in charge of the performance of your area in collaboration with Head Office Intermodal : Key Account, Lines. 
• You coordinate with local sales teams, inland services teams, customer service and procurement. 
• You promote best practices and sharing of knowledge and processes within the region and cross region. 
• You provide trainings and documentation to the agencies. 
• You share valuable informations such as countryn performance points on the corridor, changing rates, new process, methodology.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? 

• Graduated in a bachelor or master in business or logistic
• Ideally you have a first experience in shipping or logistic on a commercial function. 
• You speak english and french fluently. 
• You are at ease with excel, using the tool to make relevant analysis. 
• You have an international experience (academic or professional)
