MISSIONS
The Regional CSR Manager is responsible for implementing the Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy within the Regional Office. He/she drives and supports CSR initiatives relating to planet, people and partners across the region.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead and roll out the Group CSR policy at regional level by coordinating CSR representatives based in local agencies
  2. Identify, implement and monitor flagship CSR projects with local NGOs across the region
  3. Design and organize CSR initiatives and staff members engagement (including the CSR Ambassador Program)
  4. Support local sales teams in deploying low‑carbon solutions
  5. Implement energy and water efficiency plans as well as waste reduction programs in local offices
  6. Promote the Group’s CSR strategy to external stakeholders and represent the company at local CSR events
  7. Define and manage the regional CSR budgets and set performance indicators to measure the impact of CSR initiatives
  8. Conduct benchmarking to maintain a clear vision of CSR practices in the region

 

PROFILE AND SKILLS

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent, 5 years of higher education) in sustainable development or related field
  • Strong convictions and keen interest in CSR-related topics
  • Project management experience
  • Strong analytical and synthesizing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in an international environment
  • Autonomy, proactivity, leadership and persuasive skills are key assets for success in this role
