YOUR ROLE

As Account Support Associate, you and your colleagues support the back office with processing and solving incoming requests in the ticket system. These requests could be about purchasing devices and accessories, answering questions about deliveries, sharing reports with your Vodafone co-worker about the inventory and so on. You will work together with the Project Managers, Process Owners, Operations in our warehouses, the customer Vodafone and several carriers and suppliers. We communicate mostly by e-mail in English. Internally, you work with your colleagues in the office or via Teams. Your input can make all the difference and helps other colleagues to find bottlenecks and improve processes.

 

You will be part of a team with 8 other Account Support colleagues and the Manager Account Support. The team is stationed in Waalwijk and works in a hybrid way from home and the office.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Answer questions on various topics  from the customer and colleagues, including order processing, backorders, shipments and returns by e-mail;
  • Take care of the inventory and be partly responsible for purchasing;
  • Support shipment investigations;
  • Provide reports with the available data from several systems and inform stakeholders if necessary;
  • Proactively seek and propose improvements in our services.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A finished hbo degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Project Coordination area;
  • Experience working with multiple systems at once and knowledge of Excel;
  • You take initiative, oversee situations and are a team player;
  • You speak and write English fluently;
  • You are available fulltime and between office hours.
