Internship - CSR Reporting Officer

The CSR Department is offering a 6-month internship as a CSR Reporting Officer.

MISSIONS

As part of the CSR Department, you will join the Fair Trade pillar, which manages interactions with the Group’s external stakeholders: clients, suppliers and subcontractors, investors, NGOs, and professional networks.

The CSR Reporting Officer supports the preparation of reporting (CSR report, Ecovadis assessment questionnaire) by:

  • Controlling and consolidating data from the non-financial reporting tool

  • Verifying the quality of deliverables and other documents

  • Contributing to the quarterly updates of CSR dashboards for the executive management

The CSR Reporting Officer also contributes to the continuous improvement of non-financial reporting:

  • Updating reporting procedures and automated checks in the non-financial reporting tool

  • Raising awareness among contributors regarding reporting processes and rules

  • Integrating new entities into Group reporting

The CSR Reporting Officer participates in Responsible Sourcing projects:

  • Evaluating suppliers based on CSR risk analysis

  • Defining selection criteria or CSR contractual clauses in collaboration with the Purchasing teams

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +5) in CSR (e.g., business school) or engineering

  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
