Pricing Manager

Today, we are reaffirming our values by continuing our growth through the newly created CMA CGM AIR CARGO division. 

This new activity enables us to offer a comprehensive range of services, thus reenforcing our strategic position with our global customers. 


Already equipped with a fleet of 6x long-haul aircraft (4x A330-200F and 2x B777F), CMA CGM AIR CARGO is on an ambitious mission to continue to grow its current fleet with the acquisition of new freighters. 

CMA CGM AIR CARGO has already confirmed orders for 4x Airbus A350 freighters and will become the world’s first airline to launch and operate this state of the art cargo aircraft.  


Working within Pricing Team, you will in charge of developing and implementing a Pricing strategy based on many key performance indicators and for a dedicated portfolio of markets.



Pricing Strategy

  • Performs pricing actions with both strategic (mid/long term) and tactical (short term) views ;
  • Develops the Pricing Strategy (based on customers, products, rate types – strategic & tactical, day of week, in close collaboration with local markets within his/her portfolio ;
  • Communicates with Revenue Steering colleagues to align commercial strategies on both monthly and seasonal basis ;
  • Acts as a key pin between Revenue Management and Sales for allocation rate requests ;
  • Coordinates with central and local commercial teams regarding the distribution of global and local pricing structure;
  • Interacts with Sales & Distribution colleagues to follow market trends and the evolution of the competitive landscape.



  • Monitors the efficiency of his/her strategy (ex: rate-mix, level vs. benchmark) and acts upon it ;
  • Follows and analyses customer, product and market share performance for his/her market portfolio in search for improvement ;
  • Coordinates and assesses the efficiency of “leverage deals” ;
  • Signals and acts upon non-compliant pricing actions in close cooperation with local markets ;
  • Prepares weekly and monthly performance reviews in close cooperation with Revenue Steering colleagues.


Distribution Is in charge of the relevant and consistent pricing distribution via all the used channels (ex: offline, online, MPC, Promos).


Project Initiates and leads transversal projects related to process/tool improvements, in close collaboration with Revenue Management, Commercial and Central Pricing & Distribution.



  • Master’s degree ;
  • Knowledge of cargo processes and pricing is preferred ;
  • Experience with decision support tooling ;
  • Experience with data driven reporting tools and proficiency on data analytics ;
  • Advance Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ;
  • Proficiency in English language (both spoken and written) – Bulats B2 level.
