The CMA CGM graduate program is aimed at jumpstarting your career in an accelerated way with one of the world leaders in the shipping and logistics space. As part of the Group Human Resources Transformation team, you will work on cross-functional HR transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening the function’s impact in support of the Group and its employees.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Support the global teams to identify potential processes to be optimized 

  • Ideate and create solutions collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple geographies 

  • Work collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination

  • Participate in projects related to making our business more sustainable every day  

  • You will work closely with a core team and will have much responsibility to accomplish your own tasks independently

 

  

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Master's degree ideally in human resources management / management or a Bachelor's degree with an additional year of professional experience

  • Up to 3 years working experience in related field after graduation with a Master's degree, or up to 4 years working experience in related field after graduation with a Bachelor’s degree

  • Significant international experience (studies/working/living for a minimum of 6 months) and intercultural orientation 

  • Open to a broad range of challenging experiences 

  • Outstanding social and communication skills 

  • Distinctive analytical and problem-solving skills  

  • Global perspective and desire to work abroad 

  • Excellent command of English and a second language is a strong advantage

  • Motivation for international exchange and business trips abroad
