BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT MANAGER

 

 

YOUR ROLE


Work within existing commercial & operational infrastructure to support the sales + operational requirements of clients, driving KPIs and Continuous Improvements.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Ensure existing business is retained through High Customer focus, Performance Management, Proactive Resolution of issues, and timely avoidance or mitigation of failures.
  • Manage to ensure related Stakeholder comply to committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensure that Customer’s KPIs, milestones and invoice accuracy are met.
  • Drive Organic Business Growth by identifying growth opportunities with Customer by leveraging on relationship and information available.
  • Act as Business Liaison (Internal and External Stakeholders) by managing and communicating customer requirements.
  • Lead the Country BD Support team in all key stations to ensure high focus given on customers enquiries and retention by performing fundamental support roles ie quotation preparations, running SOP with internal & external clients.
  • Support or oversees operational implementation. Initiate implementation for new or additional business with CEVA Implementation/Project Management Team.
  • Good to be equipped with skillsets to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives through Data Analytics.
  • Acts as Account Manager for customers without any Commercial Account Owner. Maintain healthy a profitability, manage Account Receivables and mitigate Claims Resolutions as an Account Manager.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Education & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree Experience
  • Working experience approximately 5 -10 experience in freight forwarding in Medium-High Managerial role
  • Experience in consulting customers Specialist Knowledge & Skills
  • Familiar with Air, Ocean freight and Ground Operations
  • Knowledge in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
  • Business level English skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong Leadership
  • Strong Problem Solving Analysis
