YOUR ROLE

 

To carry out Contract Reviews following the CEVA methodology in the Region and participate in the Global Contract review program.

This includes:

  • Roll out of the global CR methodology, acting as main Assessor, in the allocated sites via direct CR review.
  • Mentor, coach, train and develop regional project managers in the Contract Review methodology
  • Lead, participate and support the CR Business Process Kaizen projects
  • Prepare detailed analytical analysis of the Global Contract Review program using MS Excel / Qlik Sense programs
  • Maintain the data in the Contract Review control tower and Sharepoint as required
  • Ensure program sustainability and value through tracking, sharing best practices, lessons learned, and follow-up.
  • To follow all the report process needed.
  • To work closely together with key stakeholders in all regions and industry sectors, ranging from Senior Vice Presidents to all operational personnel.
  • Undertake other tasks as required

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Roll out of the Ceva CR methodology in the allocated region via direct CR review
  • Mentor, coach and develop regional project managers and assessors in the Contract Review methodology
  • Develop detailed analytical analysis of the data derived from the Global Contract Review program.
  • Undertake practical experience in undertaking local Contract Review projects to understand the process, understand the methodology and benefits
  • Calculate the savings of the projects, payback, investments and financial analysis regarding the Contract Review improvements.
  • Provide guidance to sites; so as to enable them to successfully conduct and complete Contract Review kaizen activities and supporting them to keep on track.
  • Effectively communicate with CR Team Members, Regional CL Managers, Regional BPE Managers, Site Managers and other relevant S&OE team members
  • Report the Contract Review KPI's and maintain the Global Contract Review Control Tower via CR Sharepoint
  • Assist regions in training and rolling out PRIMO for BPE and support regional BPE to keep PRIMOs up to date
  • Provide guidance on BPE, LEAN and CEVA Programmes & Methodologies.
  • Undertake personal training and development as required
  • Undertake other relevant tasks as required

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Undergraduate Degree in Industrial Engineering and / or Operations Management
  • Strong experience in operational environments in manufacturing or supply chain / Continuous Improvement / Financial acumen
  • Strong operations knowledge and skill set
  • Extensive practical BPE / Lean & Six Sigma knowledge and skills (Black Belt or better)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Strong MS product knowledge especially Advanced Excel
  • Experience with Analytics packages – Qlik Sense / View
  • Ability to influence change at a management level
  • Undertake local and regional travel – up to 50% as required

 

Desirable

 

  • Qualification or equivalent experience within Continuous Improvement / Lean, 
  • Supply Chain / Logistics Management
  • Demonstrated experience within the Supply Chain industry, (across Warehousing, Transport, Air and Ocean).
  • Safety management awareness
  • Project Management awareness
