Position: Sales Development Professional Iraq
As a Sales Development Professional for Iraq within the Global Sales division at CMA CGM Shipping Agency - Iraq, you will play a key role in expanding our shipping commercial activities and driving business growth within this dynamic market. Key Responsibilities
In your role, you will:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the Iraqi market by engaging with potential clients and understanding their shipping and maritime service needs.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business and foster loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with global and regional sales teams to align strategies, ensure seamless communication, and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of SAMA ALRAFIDEYN's shipping services.
- Track sales metrics and report regularly on performance against targets, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, shipping regulations, and market dynamics affecting the maritime sector in Iraq and the broader region.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for candidates who bring:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the shipping, maritime, or related commercial sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Iraqi market and its specific commercial and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships across diverse cultures.
- Self-motivation and the capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage prospects and sales pipelines efficiently.
- Fluency in Arabic & English Languages is required.
