Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers over multiple channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with precision and care.
- Ensure timely and effective communication regarding shipping operations, delivery schedules, and any other customer needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the smooth transition of services and ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of CMA CGM’s services and product offerings to provide informed solutions to our customers.
- Handle customer feedback gracefully, utilising it to drive improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the management team to uphold service contracts and performance indicators.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to enhance team efficiency and contribute to knowledge sharing.
About You:
We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills and demonstrates a passion for customer service. Ideally, you will have:
- A background in customer service or support, preferably within a logistics or shipping environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering solutions.
- The capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in both French and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
