YOUR ROLE

Reporting directly to the Finance Generalist Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our accounting department, primarily focusing on ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial data, compliance with regulations, and high-quality reporting.

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO

General Accounting & Reconciliation

• Monitor and analyse the customer portfolio, identifying trends and discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
• Extract account balances and provide justification for discrepancies to enhance reporting accuracy.
• Conduct general ledger (GL) reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies resolved.

Revenue Analysis

• Track and analyse revenue figures against established targets to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with the Target Pass ratio, providing insights into revenue performance.

Data Management & Control

• Verify the accuracy of financial files, statements, and reports to uphold our standards of excellence.
• Regularly update financial data to maintain current and precise records for decision-making.

Accounting & Tax Operations

• Support the organisation during monthly and annual closings to facilitate timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare and submit tax declarations in a timely manner to ensure compliance with local tax laws.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare comprehensive management reports and financial analyses that support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor performance indicators, preparing regular updates for management review.

Support & Coordination

• Assist with specific tasks assigned by the Finance Generalist Supervisor and support various project initiatives.
• Coordinate effectively with auditors and external consultants to ensure a streamlined accounting process.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

• The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting operations is essential.
• Demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• A self-starter who is able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and accounting software is required.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (both written and spoken) is necessary for effective communication.
