Reporting : Area General Manager Role Summary:
Responsible for overseeing branch activities, meeting vessel allocation targets, and ensuring adherence to company procedures.
Core Responsibilities:
Taking care of all Branch related activities
Meeting the vessel allocation on each trade, Sales calls /Visits sending reports as per the KPIs set
Monitoring each activity and taking care with the best inputs available.
Maintain good culture and image of CMA CGM with best customer satisfaction and CMA CGM service procedures.
Ensure adherence of CMA CGM Procedures
Sending Branch weekly and other required reports time to time
Attending management meeting, commercial etc. with the thorough knowledge of the data and market inputs available
Keep close contact with the market and explore new business opportunities for the organization.
Team management which includes proper work allocation, team building, guidance to team etc.
Ensure Team is well equipped with Systems knowledge and resourced with right size of Manpower.
Perform Sales Visits / Calls as per agreed with Zonal AGM / Commercial Director. 10 Sales Visits
/Week for Outside Sales profile or 15 Calls / Week for Inside Sales profile.
Key Performance Indicators:
Branch Management to ensure customer Satisfaction and CMA India Management Key
Meeting Sales / Commercial KPIs as set by the organization
Ensure Commercial viability of Branch as per CMA CGM criterions.
Maintaining good image and culture of the organization
Sending all branch and commercial related reports with the best inputs within timelines
Attending Branch and Commercial related meetings
Meeting Commercial Budget Trade Wise / Service wise
