• Contributes actively in financial management, operational and strategic decisions within cluster in order to achieve the strategic and financial goals.
• Manages, coordinates and supplies (periodic) accurate reporting related to business, customers and projects including proper analysis, commentary and advice within cluster business line.
• Evaluates financial data, trend analysis and performs SWOT analysis from economic perspective and translates them into the consequences for the viability of the business objectives. Suggests alternatives for corrective actions and makes adjustments where necessary.
• Contributes to continuous optimization of processes and structure within the finance function and respective business line function.
• Responsible for target setting, performance evaluation, talent development, recruiting within respective finance function.
• Support Group and Statutory accounting processes and regulatory requirements (Statutory financial statements and tax returns).
• Leads planning and budgeting in order to align and deploy financial target within cluster business line.
• Reviews and evaluates investment proposals, project plans and contract renewals ensuring these are aligned with business objectives based on balancing risks and returns (Economic Value).
• Ensures the establishment and adherence of robust administrative organization through internal control method, monitoring procedures and initiating and implementing enhancement measures.
• Supports and leads ad hoc projects on cluster board level as required.
