SALES EXECUTIVE - KEY ACCOUNT

JOB POSITION: INSIDE SALES

YOUR ROLE: Ensure alignment of tender priorities and deliver consistent support to global customers, while driving long-term growth and maximizing business opportunities.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Tender management & Alignment - Align with each Global Key account manager on tender focus including follow up and track tender status and outcomes.
  • Business Development - Drive volume growth from global accounts including awarded lanes, off-tender shipments, and new business opportunities.
  • Business Expansion - Proactively explore & develop new opportunities through existing and potential clients to increase market share.
  • Customer Support & Issue Handling - Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable and timely support and issue resolution.
  • Relationship Management - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to increase customer trust, including proactively engaging and convince customers to increase shipment volume.
  • Performance Monitoring – Follow up forecast, booking and monitor performance of awarded business for each Global Account.
  • Manage sales activity – weekly customer visits, prepare minute of meeting, update customer activity in CMA system including ad hoc reports and individual sales performance reviews.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum Level of Qualification:

  • Min. 1-3 years in Sales & Marketing or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree / University graduated.

Professional Skills:

  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent presentation.
  • Knowledge shipping/forwarding industry.
  • Direct experience with a carrier, shipping line or forwarding company is an advantage.
