JOB POSITION: INSIDE SALES

YOUR ROLE: To drive sales performance by leading customer engagement across multiple channels, coordinating closely with internal teams, and strengthening strategic customer relationships to maximize business growth.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Approaching new customers multi-channels; telephone, digital tool, face to face.
  • To secure and maximize optimum business support to and from accounts in Thailand for all Trade Areas. Work closely in a sales group with partially supporting tasks and also proactive sales efforts
  • Feedback, negotiate on customer’s needs, ideas, and conditions to those in charge of market, pricing, network and others
  • Enter, share and maintain customer goals and profile information
  • Jointly with service team on booking, service fulfilment and problem solving (Multi-taskings)
  • Building excellent team relationships with customers

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–7 years of relevant working experience.
  • Direct experience with a carrier or shipping line company is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC score of 550 or above is preferred).
  • Strong service-minded attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and initiative-driven mindset.
  • Action-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Good computer literacy.
