CCIS is the CMA CGM inland services network. It includes activities of empty containers depots, M&R and container trading, container transformation, container freight stations, logistics platforms and inland transportation services

 

THE ROLE

Reporting to the global Head of CCIS, the main mission of the candidate is to participate in the structuration of the procurement policy within CCIS global network main targets: ensure that process, quality and sustainability are duly implemented and follow-up.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? 

 

In Line with Process and Transversal SM and in close cooperation with Procurement Project Mgr and the support of Group Procurement:

Implement procurement policy

 

  • Implement procurement policy (Way to buy, Rules of Governance …)
  • Manage supplier qualification (Loi Sapin 2)
  • Actively concerned into Procurement IT tool
  • Analyze annual spend of entities and provide report
  • Share Procurement policy and provide update when requested
  • Animate procurement network
  • Lead synergies between Group

 

 

INTERACTIONS:

The CCIS Procurement Officer will mainly interact with the:

 

  • HO Head of CCIS
  • HO Procurement project Manager
  • HO Purchase department support team (Infrastructures, mobile equipment, spare parts and consumable);
  • HO CCIS Performance and Project Managers.

 

Depending the files, he will have interactions with other support departments, and especially:

  • CCIS HO Financial Management
  • CCIS HO IT

 

As well as with:

  • Local CMA CGM & CCIS Management in the Countries, clusters and Regional Offices of the area under responsibility where CCIS operates subsidiaries or implements projects

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? 

 

Currently in Master 2 Corporate Social Responsability, you have huge experience in supplier qualification and processes.

Skills in transport and logistics is more than appreciate to understand international supplies.

Fluent in English, good mindset on IT tools and interested to work in a challenging environment and international perimeter.

Excellent communication, persistence, analytical mindset and process oriented, team spirit
