Are you ready to embark on an exciting 3-4 month journey with us in beautiful Barcelona? We are on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Temporary Equipment Officer to join our team. If you have a passion for logistics and a knack for managing equipment stocks and supplies, we want to hear from you!

🔍 The Role: As a Temporary Container Administration Professional , you will play a crucial role in managing equipment stocks, supplies, and evacuations for an area within the Agency, following the logistics strategies set by the Group.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and manage empty container stocks

- Consolidate reports with equipment availability forecasts

- Organize empty repositioning and evacuations

- Follow-up on export bookings to anticipate supply needs

- Release empty equipment

- Coordinate with GBS for container on hire/off hire/sublease

- Supervise and assist SSC in tracking activities

- Manage seals’ stocks and delivery

- Assist SSC in invoice validation

- Idle chasing

🌟 What We're Looking For:

- Expertise in Stock/Allocation management

- Proficiency in Equipment flow management

- Experience with Reefer container management

- Strong Equipment knowledge

- Fluent in Spanish and English

- Proficient in Software/IT applications

- Advanced Excel skills

- Excellent Troubleshooting abilities

- Strong Teamwork skills
