About the role:
At CMA CGM, we are looking for a Customer Service Professional to join our Customer Care team in Barcelona.
In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing the performance of the Group by optimizing the service delivered to customers through quality bookings and complete monitoring. Serving the customer in all its queries and requirements; Informing the customer on any shortcomings based on initial conditions (cost, delay…). Updating customer profiles, monitoring invoices when cancelled bookings, checking if changes are possible and modifying all bookings as per customer request in line with corporate guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internally and/or respond to customer queries related to shipment
- Monitor shipment according to customer status and track and trace upon delivery
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports/dashboards to stakeholders
- Promote relevant CMA CGM products and services when interacting with customers.
- Contact customers and manage/ coordinate system modifications when needed
- Give guidelines and support booking or VIP/Special desk teams on all topics (process, dispute, customer profiles, etc.) if applicable

- 37,75h/weekly working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:30
- Friday (Week 1): 09:00 – 17:00
- Friday (Week 2): 09:00 – 13:30
- Temporary contract: 6 months
