Human Resources Partner Specialist Lebanon
HRBP - CMA CGM GBS Lebanon
Responsibilties:
- Follow up with managers regarding the performance review process. Provide guidance on skills matrix, competencies,
objectives, and development plans to ensure effective performance evaluations.
- Communicate group campaigns and initiatives to employees, ensuring clarity and understanding of company goals and
objectives.
- Act as a trusted HR partner for managers by proactively identifying organizational challenges, people-related risks, and
opportunities for team effectiveness improvement.
- Assist in the induction process for new joiners and follow up to ensure the completion of HRIS profiles.
- Support the rollout, communication and updates of HR policies and procedures, keeping employees informed of
changes.
- Track talent management initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
- Ensure HR initiatives and people practices are aligned with business needs and organizational priorities.
- Partner with managers and L&D teams to identify development opportunities aligned with both employee aspirations and business capability needs.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- A Master’s degree in HR or equivalent is a plus
- 1-2 years experience in similar role
