WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Provide with business process and information systems consultancy to both internal and external customers
• Lead and participate in the requirements gathering workshops with Customers and translate them into process and system related requirements
• Contribute in process design, process re-engineering, proof of concept and design validation together with other functions e.g BD, SD and IT
• Provide with local configuration and data loads as required to configure various IT systems, ensure proper data integrity and secure documentation of business configuration logic to IT systems.
• Prepare test plans, coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing as required by projects, regular patches and releases.
• Provide and maintain the relevant working instructions and SOPs as part of the quality framework.
• Understand the working of the IT systems, provide with training plans and execute process and system trainings to end-users
• Perform post implementation support tasks and promote the best practice and impeccable process execution among the end-users
• Roll out continuous improvement initiatives including business process automation.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Understanding of the theory and practice of the supply chain management
• At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse logistics including business analysis. 
• Experience in process engineering
• Experience with WMS and TMS systems
• Experience with software configuration, testing and information analyzing
• Ability to effectively handle multiple project tasks
• Strong communication, social and negotiating skills
• Analytical and flexible
• Fluently English
• Project methodology
• Business process modelling
• MS Office
• Comfortable with working under pressure and willing to travel.
