We are looking for a Planner to join our team as part of the development of our operations at our Brussels branch.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule and plan all aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with EASA regulations and manufacturer recommendations.
  • Coordinate with flight operations to minimize flight schedule disruptions caused by maintenance activities.
  • Monitor the progress of maintenance work and ensure it is carried out according to the plan.
  • Estimate the time and resources required for aircraft maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure the availability of spare parts and tools required for maintenance.
  • Coordinate with various departments, such as engineering, quality control, and safety, to ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with maintenance teams and management regarding planned maintenance and any schedule changes.
  • Oversee the review of maintenance documentation (Workpackage, TechLogs) before submitting them to clients.

 

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Permanent contract (35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, standard office hours).

REQUIRED PROFILE AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum education: Associate’s degree (BTS ATI, BTS Aeronautics, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in planning or engineering within a Part-145 or Part-CAMO organization.
  • Knowledge of applicable EASA maintenance regulations.
  • Proficiency in aeronautical maintenance management software (e.g., AMASIS, TRAX, OASES, Aerotrack, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Airbus World (AirNav X) and Boeing Toolbox.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of aeronautical technical documentation.
  • Organized, rigorous, and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Autonomous and proactive.
  • Knowledge of AMOS is a plus.
  • Fluent technical English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
