For our location in Zurich, we are looking for a Data Quality Operator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTHER ROLL:

MONITORING:

• Transports events registration on a daily basis
• Continuous monitoring of data quality using control reports and dashboards.
• Shipments monitoring using available dashboards or CEVA Air& Ocean IT soloutions ( LINK,CBS Reports) to ensure compliance with contractual lead times and watch out abnormal delays
• In case of deviations, ask for back-up plan or corrective acions. Send information to customer in a timely manner
• Launch a specific monitoring if necessary on low performance flows, urgent or critical shipments, product launches, customers alert

COMMUNICATION

• Be a single point of contact to the regional area for the customer and Ceva Ar & Ocean network in order to ease communication flows
• Pro- actively communicate with customer on any ask risk for its supply chain and advise him of a back-up solution when needed ( using upwind, flash and shipment report)

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT&

CONTINIUS IMPROVEMENT

• Anticipate cross and net performance by checking monthly all delayed shipments and correcting reason code
• Collaborate with the regional control tower on business review preparation
• Prepare and provide internal KPIs to support continuous improvement with branches
• Take part in every innovation project aiming to improve customers experience and bring added values to the control tower

• Language skills: fluent English in speaking and writing
• Computing skills: Excel ( intermediate level -> pivot table, Vlookup, logical functions.
