Internship - Group Learning and Development Intern Apprentice

YOUR ROLE
Within the human resources department, you will be involved in various talent development projects.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- New format assessment interview: preparation of the post-design stages of the new format in particular
- Planning of key post-design project stages
- Preparing communications for managers and employees
- Creating all materials/tools needed to roll out the project internationally
- Providing a support kit for local HR departments during rollout
- Establishing indicators to monitor rollout (quantitative and qualitative)
- Participation in the project: to be determined based on arrival date (particularly for pilot management)
- Rollout of the 360° post-pilot
- Planning of key project stages to be planned: debriefing/creation of co-development teams/individual monitoring
- Creation of communication materials for beneficiaries and respondents (France and international)
- Participation in the organisation of the Lead programme
- Creation of a communication kit on Talent Management and School Relations
- Monitoring and benchmarking of Talent Development programmes to propose new initiatives
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As a Master's student in Human Resources, you have already completed an internship, ideally in HR, which has allowed you to demonstrate your independence, your thoroughness in managing files and your responsiveness.
You have good interpersonal skills and are able to establish close relationships with your daily contacts in an international environment (English desirable).
You are proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
