Internship - HR Project Manager

YOUR MISSIONS

Join an HR team at the heart of CMA CGM's transformation and growth!

In a dynamic and demanding international environment, our HR department supports a workforce of around 1,000 employees based at the Group's headquarters in Marseille. Composed of several Senior HRBPs, the team plays a key role in employee development, managing business transformations, and implementing an ambitious growth strategy.

 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• You will assist in the development and implementation of the HR strategy in France and internationally for port terminals and inland activities (depots and transport), supporting two HRBPs.

• You will lead and monitor the HR community to ensure their integration within the company and its processes. • You will assist the HRBPs in talent management and monitoring (people review, graduate, VIE). • You will participate in the management of cross-functional HR projects (training plan, Group job reference system, skills management, employer brand, etc.).

• You will coordinate recruitment needs within the scope, as well as the integration and training of new employees.

• You will rigorously monitor the administrative management of personnel in conjunction with the payroll department (employment contracts, payroll, absence management, etc.).

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in HR (third year of a bachelor's degree or first year of a master's degree).

• Ideally, you already have operational experience in HR (e.g., HR generalist, recruitment, training, labor law, social management control, etc.), including work-study programs.

• You are proficient in Excel.

• You have knowledge of labor law.

• Experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) is a plus.

• You are comfortable with English, both written and spoken.

• You have good interpersonal skills, are responsive, have a sense of customer service, and demonstrate resilience, proactivity, and creativity.
