Internship - IT Project Manager

Within the department Employee platform, we are committed to bringing the best of these technologies to serve digital ambition of our group and improve employees’ working experience.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Employee plaform department.
The intern will work on internal and external Communication projects, focusing on new technologies and innovative practices.
Change management & IT project management (50%):
- Participate in the implementation of digital projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and analyze digital transformation needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to encourage the adoption of new technologies by end users.
- Create and conduct training and awareness workshops for employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of change and digital adoption initiatives.
- Contribute to internal communication via enterprise social network platforms like MySociabble.
Websites project management (50%):
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and oversight of ongoing web projects, in collaboration with the key stakeholders.
- Support and monitor the seamless implementation of new features, functionalities, and resolution of bugs across the Group’s websites.
- Ensure project deliverables are achieved in accordance with timelines, quality standards, and established processes through close collaboration with internal technical teams.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date roadmap documentation to track the progress and milestones effectively.
- Collaborate with the Group's business leads and technical providers to deploy the global SEO strategy across all websites within our portfolio.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You are currently pursuing a degree from a business/engineering school, university or equivalent.
You are able to commit to the internship for at least 6 months.
You are fluent in English.
You have good knowledge of O365 tools and pack office and innovative digital solutions.
An experience in project management of digital and transformation programs in a plus.
You have a Basic understanding of how websites work, with an ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
You demonstrate excellent communication skills, ability to animate meetings.
Your team spirit & collaboration make you able to work in a multicultural environment.
