YOUR MISSIONS:
You will act as the key liaison between the Group Legal Department Director and the Group’s various internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Provide administrative support to the Group Legal Director and assist in the management and organization of the department's administrative functions.
• Support members of the legal department with apostilles and signature certifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the collection, processing, and proper circulation of information in accordance with Group policies.
• Efficiently and discreetly manage a complex calendar, organize travel arrangements (as well as process expense reports), and schedule meetings.
• Prepare for and attend meetings, and draft meeting summaries.
• Prepare and format files, reports, folders for approval, documents, letters, and minutes.
• Archive sensitive legal documentation securely.
• Liaise with the Group’s accounting department for the payment of the legal department's invoices.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• You have a higher education degree and are fluent in English.
• You are proficient in office software tools.
• You have at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position, ideally in an international environment.
• Proactive and service-oriented, you enjoy working as part of a team.
• Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion are key assets in successfully carrying out your responsibilities.
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
