THE ROLE

As Change Management Senior Specialist (Change Manager), you will be responsible for managing and executing organizational or technical change initiatives as part of the change management strategy you will co-define with the Change Manager. You will lead and manage the day-to-day implementation of change initiatives deployed by the Change Management Specialists in region ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.  You will manage the execution of the Training, Communication & Network’s activities by engaging stakeholders, managing resistance, and ensuring the successful implementation of change projects. You will participate in transformation projects where you will be working closely with various stakeholders in Head Office (HO) and different GBS sites. In this role, you will be reporting to the Change Expert.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to enable smooth and effective adoption of organizational and technical changes across Global Business Services. The role leads impact analysis, defines change strategies, and coordinates communication, training and stakeholder engagement to minimize resistance and drive readiness. It supports project teams in embedding change activities into delivery plans, ensures alignment across regions, and monitors progress to provide clear insights to the leadership. By resolving operational challenges and promoting consistent change practices, the role strengthens transformation outcomes and helps build a unified, scalable change culture across all GBS sites.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out the change impact analysis with the domain leads
  • Define and manage the change activities in collaboration with the change officers: communication, training, network, organization,
  • Manage a project portfolio on which you will be responsible for implementing a change management strategy and plans that maximize employee’s adoption and minimize resistance,
  • Support and follow up Change Management activities deployment in region in coordination with the different change officers,
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives,
  • Prepare regular reports for the Change Manager and leadership team on the status of change initiatives. 
  • Measure the effectiveness of change management efforts and report on the results to stakeholders,
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate critical challenges to the Change Manager
  • Maintain communication and alignment between departments impacted by the change.
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.

 

IDEAL PROFILE

  • High degree from a Business School or Engineering School.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management. 
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing change initiatives in a dynamic organizational environment. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (Prosci Certified).
  • Proficiency in digital tools for communication and collaboration (SharePoint, Canva, Klaxoon, PowToon, etc.).
  • Ability to lead teams and drive operational execution of change initiatives. 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
  • Resilience and adaptability to manage challenges and uncertainties.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. 
  • Knowledge on educational methods and facilitation.
