YOUR ROLE

Our Air Freight team based in Ireland have an exciting opportunity for an Air Operations Administrator to join their team to process international shipments for import & export.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As the Air Operations Administrator you will be responsible for the successful execution import and export shipments, ensuring you meet and exceed expectations. You will maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders providing customer service and operational excellence solutions in relation to individual shipping queries or delays, highlighting critical problems to management.

You will manage and maintain relevant systems and documentation ensuring files are invoiced accurately, records are updated, and all transaction adhere to company, IATA security and Government regulations.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate must have previous experience in freight forwarding, determined, focused, and goes that extra mile for our customers. Experience of liaising with multiple stakeholders and customers is essential to ensuring we maintain our high standard of service.

To be successful, you will need to have previous experience in a similar role, be a strong communicator with high levels of attention to detail and understand industry terminology & documentation.
