VOTRE RÔLE

 

Within the Shipping Operations Transformation Department, you will join the Product team supporting several strategic digital solutions, including the Vessel Filling Cockpit. Working closely with Senior Product Owners, Business stakeholders and IT teams, you will contribute to the successful delivery and continuous improvement of products that support operational performance and decision-making. This role combines Product Ownership, Business Analysis and PMO responsibilities. It is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level professional looking to develop towards a future Product Owner position.

  • Support Senior Product Owners in defining and delivering product roadmaps.
  • Gather, analyze and structure business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable User Stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Contribute to backlog management, prioritization activities and Agile ceremonies.
  • Coordinate functional testing activities and ensure delivered features meet business expectations.
  • Monitor product usage indicators and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis.
  • Support project governance activities, reporting and stakeholder communication.

 

 

 

QU'ALLEZ VOUS FAIRE ?

 

 

  • Collect, analyze and challenge business requirements while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain high-quality User Stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation.
  • Support backlog refinement, prioritization exercises and sprint preparation in collaboration with Senior Product Owners.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Grooming sessions.
  • Define, execute and coordinate functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Ensure solutions comply with business needs, expected quality standards and functional requirements.
  • Monitor product performance and usage metrics, leveraging data to identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards and reports for Product, Business and IT stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project progress, manage dependencies and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
  • Prepare meeting materials, document decisions and distribute meeting minutes and action plans.
  • Identify and monitor project risks, escalating issues when necessary and supporting mitigation plans.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and rapid prototyping activities, leveraging innovative digital and AI-driven solutions when relevant.

 

 

 

QUI RECHERCHONS NOUS ?

 

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) from an Engineering School, Business School or University.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, PMO, Consulting or Digital Transformation environments.
  • Experience gained within a consulting firm, startup or fast-paced transformation environment is highly appreciated.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
  • Strong experience in writing structured User Stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Solid exposure to functional testing, validation processes and quality assurance activities.
  • Proficiency with Jira and other collaborative project management tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an affinity for data analysis, KPIs and user behavior monitoring.
  • Interest in AI-powered solutions, digital innovation and rapid prototyping approaches.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to challenge business requirements with diplomacy and critical thinking.
  • Proactive, curious, results-oriented and capable of driving topics forward independently.
  • Fluent French and professional English are mandatory.
