Role Summary

As a Global Project Management Senior Expert, you will assume a leadership position in driving strategic projects across multiple geographies and business units. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with CEVA’s overall business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and the ability to navigate complex international environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee global project portfolios, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance with industry best practices.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, risk management, and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, management, IT, finance, and external partners to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to project teams and junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement and optimise project management methodologies, tools, and standards to improve efficiency and consistency across projects.
• Monitor project progress, evaluate performance metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and resilience.
• Support organisational change management initiatives linked to project outcomes, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven extensive experience in global project management within the logistics or related industries.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
