Invoicing Officer

THE ROLE
Ensure accurate and timely local invoice issuance to proper customer.
WORK RELATIONSHIP
- Internal: Finance, Sales, Customer Services Import, Import documentation, Logistics, SSC, Branches.
- External: Customers
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately & timely invoices
- Auto Freighting of bookings by ETD/ ETA - 2 (before auto freight & update ATB, Read SQ).
- Add charge/ Add payer for OCF and local charge.
- Send Debit Note to customer.
- Communicate with customer on ROE/ bank account, tax code, change details, authorized letter.
- Print invoice.
- Effective & timely communication with SSC/POL
- Clarify freight and surcharges with customers.
- Clarify freight and surcharge with SSC/customer service/sales.
- Communicate with SSC and related parties.
- Accurately & timely DnD invoices
- Check DnD day/ charge.
- Check/update Payer and authority letter.
- Issue DND Invoice timely and accurately.
- Print invoice.
- Customer focus
- Check/ reply email & close Nova cases within 4 working hours.
- Read/ reply in Group chat within 10 mins.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Sea Transportation, Export-Import, International Business, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a shipping company or freight forwarder.
- Clear communication in verbal and written
- Think ahead, proactive
- Good teamwork, high accountability
- Good in English
- Advance level in MS Office
- Customer focus, result oriented, proactive, hard-working, compliance
