Service Delivery Officer

JOB PURPOSE:
Handle the request from customer regarding Documents (release OBL, release Delivery Order, extend D.O and refund Containers depost)
WORK RELATIONSHIP
- Internal: Internal: Finance; Sales; Customer Services Import; Import documentation; Logistics; SSC; Branches; POL
- External: Customers
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check/ reply email & close Nova cases within 4hrs
- Release Delivery Order including checking Attorney Letter/Introduction Letter, cargo release method (SWB / Telex / OBL) and recording documentation
- Release Original bill of lading: check Attorney Letter, LOI and recording documentation
- Check DnD day/ charge
- Refund container deposit including checking DDSM payment status, local charge payment status, M&R payment status and refunding or collecting after balance all charges
- Check and issue M&R
QUALIFICATIONS
- College/ Bachelor’s degree, major in Supply chain management, Logistics, Import & Export
- At least 1 year working experience in the similar position in the Shipping company or Freight Forwarder
- Communication skills, proactive, teamwork, and accountability
- Customer focus, result oriented
- English: fluent in both verbal and written
- Advance level in MS Office
