For our location in Hamburg we are looking for a Freight Forwarding Agent Sea Freight Export LCL (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTHER ROLL:

• You are responsible for the complete order processing of our sea freight consols.
• You are responsible for communication with our customers, agents, international business partners, as well as with our warehouse and port operations
• You record all relevant data using the “Cargowise ONE” processing software
• You monitor on-time planning in compliance with closings and free storage times
• You prepare customer invoices and check and record incoming invoices
• You ensure the proper processing of damage claims

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

• Your basis is a completed commercial apprenticeship as a forwarding and logistics services clerk.
• You have already gained experience in sea freight export LCL/FCL
• You have a good knowledge of the common MS Office applications
• You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English.
• Your independent and autonomous way of working rounds off your profile
