IT Manager Cluster Germany (f/m/d)

Your Role

As German Cluster IT Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the stability and availability of all IT systems within the German cluster and ensure an excellent level of IT support for the business. You lead an international IT support team, manage external service providers, and actively drive technology and digital transformation initiatives. The cluster consists of 9 locations across 5 countries, therefore regular travel is part of the role.

Your Responsibilities

• Leadership of the local IT Helpdesk and IT support team
• Ensuring stable IT and network operations
• Leading and delivering IT and technology projects
• Managing ServiceNow / Global L1 Helpdesk
• IT budget planning and procurement
• Reporting and close alignment with management and the European IT Manager

Your Profile

• Completed degree in IT, business administration, or a comparable field
• Minimum 5 years of IT support experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Windows, server environments, Active Directory, O365, and ServiceNow
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Very good English skills (required)
• German language skills are an advantage
• Experience in project and stakeholder management
• Willingness to travel
