Key Account Manager - Sector Healthcare (m/f/d)

Germany-wide we are looking for a Key Account Manager - Sector Healthcare (m/f/d) for the area of air and sea freight as soon as possible.



  • Strategic Development of Sector Healthcare on a local country level
  • Develop the Sector Healthcare Country Roadmap and align closely with the Regional/ Global Sector Heads
  • Focus on solution selling and understanding the customer’s specific supply Chain flows. Capability to design Sector related new solutions
  • Support the budget planning process and use of the sales system (activities, calls, visits, opportunities, Tender) and create transparency around each individual account
  • Qualification process of Key Customer within the respective Sector, develop existing business as well as target new potential Accounts
  • Develop industry specific market requirements, share Sector expertise and build market intelligence (presentations, internal network, market analyses, customer feedback etc)
  • Strategic alignment with the product management and coordinate the customer needs/ interest by considering the product focus business areas
  • Involvement of all needed entities and additional stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Compliance and support required actions

  • Successfully completed studies with a background in economics or logistics or comparable training
  • 3 years of professional experience in the respective Sector and logistics / transportation
  • Additional Leadership Experience is desirable
  • Experience in Supply Chain solutions within the Healthcare Sector, i. e. understanding of the GDP requirements and the CAPA process as well as knowledge of major healthcare and pharma customers in Germany
  • Presentation and Customer Meeting skills
  • Able to work in a structured environment as well as building a completely new Sector set up
  • Management skills
  • Sales systems use and key elements 
  • Ability to communicate across different hierarchy levels internally and externally
  • Coordinator between all stakeholders
  • Good English and German language skills
