Service Delivery Invoicing Officer (f/m/d)

For our office in Hamburg we are recruiting a: Service Delivery Invoicing Officer (f/m/d)
Your role
The main role of the Service Delivery Invoicing Officer is to perform auto freighting, Audit and to ensure timely issuance of accurate invoices to customers. This function is
responsible for monitoring Not Invoiced Freight amounts (NIF) and `DDSM to be invoiced amounts (TBI) while complying with all Group processes and requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Performing Audit Checks (managing exceptions)
- Monitor and invoice Cross Payments
- Maintain Customer invoicing profile
- Issuing and sending invoices and credit notes
- Root Cause analysis of delayed invoices and Credit notes
You bring aboard
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent University Degree and/or Apprenticeship in shipping
- Strong Knowledge in Shipping (minimum 5 years of experience in liner shipping)
- Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of legal and / or regulatory frame, of port / country regulations, risk management and incoterms knowledge
- Experience in Customer service / user support, Document management and archiving, Containers administrative management, Customer invoicing
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic proficiency with MS Office
