VIE Agency Trade Analyst - Hamburg

THE ROLE
Starting with an introduction of each trade combined with an “on site” working of approx. 2-4 weeks each to get used to our team, contact persons (locally, overseas and in HO), challenges and best practices for each trade. Followed by development of RF Trade for all Export Trades – market analysis, actual vs performance analysis, CSA review etc. RF Trade will remain the main focus for day-to-day tasks. On top we would study alignments possibilities in tasks, structures of Trade Exports (Excel / TEAMS / etc.).
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
- Support Head of Trades in upcoming projects
- Create market studies for possible new services
- Conduct research on Market Shares
- Studies on optimization of workflows within the Trade department and cooperation with the respective stakeholders (transversal departments)
- Collect, coordinate and prepare information from different data sources for Management Reporting
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- In accordance with the provisions of Article L122-1 of the French National Service Code, only candidates aged between 18 and 28 who are European nationals will be eligible for this VIE program.
- 5 years' higher education in Business Development, Economy, International Business or related
- Very good Analytical Skills
- Commercial mindset
- Business process oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills to cooperate easily with different departments and hierarchies
- Technology friendly / Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- Fluent English speaker, German language skills are a plus.
