As working Student "Business Control Analyst - Land Operations & Intermodal", you will be at the heart of enhancing inland logistics and intermodal solutions across 16 vibrant countries in the NEUR region. It’s a chance to influence outcomes, drive performance, and unlock growth opportunities.

You will be a key player in analyzing data, optimizing processes, and bridging operational insights with strategic vision. Your support work will help teams to improve profitability, and shape the future of intermodal logistics.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support Reporting & Data Analysis: Assist in preparing and updating regular performance reports using internal tools (e.g., LARA, SIGMA, LOAD, TOPS), helping the team monitor key KPIs and operational trends.
  • Intermodal Team Support: Work closely with the intermodal and inland logistics teams to collect data, ensure process consistency, and provide administrative support for day-to-day operations.
  • Process & Compliance Assistance: Help ensure adherence to internal processes and standards, contributing to continuous improvement efforts and documentation accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate coordination across departments (Operations, Commercial, Trade) by maintaining clear communication flows and supporting follow-ups on key actions.

 

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • You are a full-time student in logistics, shipping or transport related degree program or a comparable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into impactful insights.
  • Excel proficiency; familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • A solution-oriented approach with a proactive, curious mindset.
  • Fluency in English;
